Basic Health

    • Eating a bagel first thing in the AM will lead to a carb crash

    • Compensate w/ adding a fat (brain food) to your first coffee

  • Drop Sugar

    • Easier if you stop seeing “processed/isolated sugar” as a food.

    • Next level: drop carbs that quickly break down into sugars, eg. bread
